Channels and recording times are set up on the ClickView 24-7 Configuration application.
A shortcut to this (ClickView247Config.exe) can be found on the desktop of the ClickView 24-7 recording PC.

If you are receiving poor signal strength please check that you are using the antenna cables and antenna splitter/amplifier supplied with your ClickView 24-7 and that they are all connected properly

No, ClickView 24-7 only records from free-to-air digital television. If you wish to record from subscription/pay TV services (such as Foxtel) you can use the ClickView Digital Video Recorder application
