1. You may not be running the latest ClickView Player. In order for the ClickView Home links to appear, you must be running ClickView Player Version 1.6.2 or above. To check which version you are running, open the ClickView Player, go to Help > About ClickView Player.
2. The video you want to generate ClickView Home links for is not yet uploaded to the ClickView Home servers.
We recommend you:
- Open your ClickView Library Manager
- Select Tools
- Select ClickView Home Manager.
From there you can browse the video and see it’s upload status. If it is coloured (not grey) but in the ‘Uploaded’ column it says ‘No’, that means this video will most likely be uploaded during the next scheduled synchronisation. Click here for details.
3. You cannot access ClickView Home links if the ClickView Player you are using is not on the school network.
