The ClickView Media Store offers you the opportunity to purchase videos in ClickView format and download them directly into your ClickView Library Server, avoiding copyright issues with format shifting.
The Media Store is accessed from the 'Tools' menu in the ClickView Library Manager and will require your school's ClickView administrator to create an account before you can start downloading content.
Upgrade
Upgrade your ClickView Library Manager to Version 1.7.1.6 or higher. Your ClickView Library Server needs to be version 1.7.1 or higher. Get the upgrade on the Downloads page of our website here.
Step 2.
Create an account
Select the Media Store option in the 'Tools' menu and the select 'Get an account'. We will email you a link to activate your account. When you receive this email, select a new password and then login to begin purchasing videos.
Step 3.
Login
Once you have activated your Media Store account, open the ClickView Library Manager and select the 'Tools' menu, then select 'ClickView Media Store'. Login using your email and Media Store password.
Select a folder for your Media Store downloads. We recommend creating a "Media Store" folder from the ClickView Library Manager before opening the Media Store for this purpose.
Purchasing a video:

Find a video you wish to purchase. Search via search field or by subject

Click on the video and select the ‘Purchase ‘ button on the bottom right hand corner

Confirm your purchase

(Optional) Enter a purchase order number. This will appear on your monthly bill to assist your school with billing.
5.
The video will download into your ClickView Library Server ready for viewing.
Please note, just like any other online store, all titles with a price are purchasable titles which you will be billed for. Schools may download their term update videos free of charge*, and these are indicated by ‘Subscribed’ in the price field.
Browse by subject, keyword or distributor and check out the metadata. If you like what you see, then simply select "Request". This will open up a form which will email the details of that selected program to the person in your school that manages ClickView.
You need to enter your own name and your own email address and then the email address of the person in your school who looks after ClickView. They will receive a text email that tells them that you would like them to download this video.
Currently video previews are only available from the Media Store found in the ClickView Library Manager.
