Led by his passion for paella, Spanish chef Miguel Cuevas journeys from Australia to his home country to find the true source of paella. On his journey, Miguel visits some of the most symbolic places in paella's history, competes in the oldest international paella competition, and encounters Valencian characters and chefs, all of whom reflect the unique character of this typical Valencian dish.
