Conversations to Remember
"Conversations to Remember" is an intimate and honest portrayal of how people deal with end-of-life issues. In it, people with life-threatening conditions and their carers talk freely about what is important to them, ways of coping, and, in their words, "living with dying". Far from being a negative and depressing exploration of this difficult time, this film explores the attitudes and perspectives that help to create a sense of acceptance and understanding. This programme gives voice to those people who are rarely heard. It is designed to stimulate discussion, to help people dealing with end-of-life issues and to assist health professionals and policy makers develop appropriate services and responses.
